While I was looking into full removal because I was stressed about the cartilage at the tip of my nose showing through, I went to Seo Sang-woo Plastic Surgery, which is well known for removal and very active on its blog. The director has a calm personality and tends to consult honestly, and he clearly explains the limitations, so I was satisfied. It is expensive though
