The consultation with the head doctor was good because he explained everything I was curious about in detail. Regarding the capsule removal I was asking about, he said that if there is no inflammation or contracture, it doesn't need to be removed, and that if you do remove it, you'll bruise and swell a lot. He also said that removing the capsule could make the skin thinner or uneven. If you only remove the silicone, the tip of the nose can lift or sink, so cartilage repositioning has to be done, and he said my nasal bridge shape can't be known until the implant is taken out. The consultation was very kind, so I think it would be worth going for a consultation.
