You can choose open or closed surgery. The quote above is for open surgery. If you choose closed surgery, it’s 1.6 million won (both prices exclude VAT). The doctor was kind and showed me before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine. He left the decision about capsular removal and anesthesia method (local anesthesia or sedation) up to me. Capsular removal costs extra. As far as I know, there’s no implant at the tip of my nose, but if there is one, removal would cost extra. For my first surgery, it was a hump nose and silicone, and he said if the silicone had been removed but the hump remained, he would refine it a bit.
