I thought the surgery would turn out smooth, so I paid more than other places and had it done, but it ended up bumpy, so I'm thinking about revision surgery or filler.. The doctor said that because the shape of my nose bone inside the silicone is due to osteotomy, there was nothing he could do and only told me to compensate with filler. If I'd known this, I would have chosen revision surgery instead of removal. I just wasted money and time
