I went for a second consultation because I liked the first consultation for nose removal surgery and was thinking of deciding on the operation, but after looking at the same surgery record sheet I had shown them the first time, they just said one line: they couldn’t do the surgery, and refused to consult me. The first consultation wasn’t short either, and they really tried hard to help. I asked the same questions in both the first and second consultations, but the answers were different. I still wonder if they didn’t properly check the condition of my nose from the first surgery during the first consultation.. For reference, the first consultation was at the beginning of the off-season, and the second was at the beginning of the peak season. Also, during the second consultation, the doctor and the manager talked, then they didn’t even do the manager consultation, and when I left, they didn’t even return my greeting. Is that normal.. I wonder if you really have to go to one clinic twice before deciding.
