The director looked cynical, but... he answered every question sincerely and honestly! He didn’t seem like the type to recommend extra procedures unless the patient wanted them, so I trusted him more. Also, the consultation manager only informed me about the cost and schedule without any unnecessary chatter, so I felt this was a clinic run with integrity.
