I think telling patients all possible outcomes is not a bad thing, even if it is confusing, but the attitude seems to differ too much between patients who want surgery and those who do not. Even if you ask the same questions after hearing reviews from people who went there, for patients who are refusing surgery, they respond to everything with a kind of 'I don't know' attitude.. On the other hand, they seem to answer well for patients they think are likely to be okay. They were far too unenthusiastic with me, and I got nothing out of it, so the consultation fee felt wasted. It was a re-consultation, and I had put this clinic at the top of my list, so it is disappointing.
