I got filler that couldn’t be removed from the under-eye area, and while getting the filler removal surgery I also had the under-eye fat removed at the same time. I think there wasn’t much swelling at the time, and there were no side effects, but as far as I know they did a lower-eyelid fat repositioning, and once the fat was removed I looked much more hollow, and the filler wasn’t removed 100%. The bulging mostly disappeared, but a little was still left. Later I had a small amount of fat grafting, and now I’m satisfied.
