I went for a consultation about a canthoplasty + nose surgery, and maybe because they deliberately scheduled a bit more breathing room for consultations that day, the waiting time was shorter than I expected, which was nice. After filling out the chart, I went straight into a consultation with the surgeon. The surgeon spoke gently, explained my questions in enough detail, and kept asking several times if I had any additional questions. One thing I felt a bit disappointed about was that rather than offering solution B for the patient’s opinion A, it felt more like he explained A and said the decision was up to me.
