I visited around 2020 to have everything removed from my nose. At the time, it was really famous as one of the “top 3 for removal,” and it still seems famous now. After going to consultations, I trusted this place the most, so I had total removal + cartilage repositioning.. From after the surgery, my nasal tip was severely blunt, and that bluntness continued even until a year and a half after removal, so I eventually had revision surgery at another hospital I’m really not sensitive at all personality-wise, and my nose with the previous silicone in it was not a pretty nose at all. My nasal tip was also deviated, and the central nasal bridge bone had been shaved down quite a lot, so it was slightly sunken. Anyway, aesthetically it was an unattractive nose to the point that some people would definitely think I needed revision surgery, but I’m so insensitive that I lived with that nose without thinking much of it. However, I developed a complication, so I really had no choice but to remove it. After the surgery, my nasal tip truly swelled up so severely that my parents asked what was wrong with my nose and said they were worried.... sigh I kept telling myself it must be swelling, it must be swelling, and held out for a year and a half, but even after a year and a half, that bluntness didn’t go away.
