First consultation among the top 3 for removal. No photo shoot or CT. Palpation. He said my nasal skin was hard, so it was contracture. He took detailed notes and answered all my questions. The conclusion was that he did not recommend complete removal because the nose would become more upturned, and instead suggested a columellar strut using the septum, and if that is insufficient, ear cartilage. Since septal cartilage and ear cartilage were not used during my first surgery, I went thinking it would be removal, but it ended up becoming revision surgery. The consultation with the director was better than with the manager!
