I had arm liposuction on January 12 last year: Gyodae 365mc I wanted to have surgery as soon as possible, so I had the consultation and then had surgery 3 days later I was usually stressed because of extra fat on my upper arms when wearing knits, cardigans, or sleeveless tops, and it also limited me when buying clothes The swelling was worst on days 2-3 after surgery, and I bruised badly, with the bruising going down to around my wrists But since it was winter, I wore long sleeves, so even my family didn’t know I went to all the aftercare sessions provided by the clinic, and the firmness/lumpiness in my arms was mostly gone by around 3 months Even now, almost a year later, I think my arm shape is maintaining well I think you can see an even greater effect if you combine it with exercise Overall, I think I did well to get it done
