My original nose was low, so after getting Hiko filler, I was highly satisfied and hadn’t really thought much about nose surgery. I’m from Busan, and when I went to Seoul for fun, an older acquaintance said she was going for a consultation at Naturalism, so I went with her and ended up having surgery. For my nose, I had surgery using silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. It was raised by about 4 mm. I was really worried it would hurt, but after surgery, aside from a buzzing? sensation for about an hour, it didn’t hurt at all. Especially my ear, I had even forgotten about it until they mentioned it first haha After about 2 weeks, the swelling went down enough for daily life, and I wore makeup and went out just fine. For aftercare, I didn’t even eat pumpkin porridge, and honestly I didn’t really do warm compresses either, but I took walks every evening for at least an hour! Because costal cartilage was placed in the columella, my nose is firm, so when people touch it, they immediately notice and ask if I got filler or surgery. But people seeing me for the first time have no idea I had nose surgery and say it turned out naturally and well. I didn’t even apply anything like eye ointment to the wound, but I haven’t developed any scars at all and I’ve been doing well.
