This is a hospital specializing in eyes and nose, so I only consulted for the nose. 1. Nose -> Rather than telling me their opinion first, the director first asked what style of nose I wanted. So I explained first, and then the director gave their opinion. Honestly, what I had expected was for the director to scan my face first and then give me a very objective, clearly structured opinion, but the consultation somehow didn’t feel fully resolved. I think the reason was that it felt too much from the patient’s point of view. Still, the director said they would adjust it as much as possible in the direction I wanted, and they did shape the nose, but the estimate kept feeling like it was being added onto.
