I went to consultations at a total of 3 places because I was looking into alar reduction surgery. At the first clinic, rather than doing it the way I wanted, it felt like I would have to have surgery according to the doctor’s opinion... I was worried I might not like it afterward, so I just left.. At the second clinic, I felt uncomfortable because they recommended things in addition to what I wanted, so I just left And lastly, I had a consultation at One Pick Plastic Surgery Clinic. Dr. Oh Jae-yoon, who saw me, first explained what kind of cosmetic surgery would make this type of nose look pretty, but after that he also listened to everything I wanted and said he would match it accordingly, so I decided on this place.
I only wanted to fix exactly the complex I had; it wasn’t that I wanted to do all sorts of things for an extremely sharp and pretty nose. I was also worried it might end up looking pinched... If alar reduction goes wrong, it’s really hard to reverse and it’s ruined But he said he understood exactly the feeling I wanted and explained while drawing the nose shape this way and that, and it was exactly the feeling I wanted!! So I just had the surgery right away on the day of the consultation and came out. I didn’t know I’d want same-day surgery right after the consultation... Before the consultation, I had gulped down water, so I couldn’t have sedation anesthesia and had local anesthesia. Honestly, I was extremely nervous, but it ended quickly... I thought I would feel something, but I really didn’t feel anything at all... Only the anesthetic injection hurts.. After the anesthetic injection, there’s nothing... Maybe it was obvious I was very nervous, because they asked what songs I liked and played the fresh, bright music I like in the operating room, which I was grateful for. After listening to a few songs, it was over quickly, and they told me to keep in mind there was some swelling because it was right after surgery when I looked in the mirror. But... even with swelling, it came out so well My complex completely disappeared I was so moved... It’s now day 1 after surgery, and there isn’t major swelling, and the width seems to have reduced well, so I’m very satisfied!! I bought pumpkin juice to reduce swelling and am drinking it whenever I can I’ll post a review with before-and-after photos at the one-month mark!!
