First of all, it seems like they only have one plan… Everyone around me going for two-jaw surgery consultations got the same plan.. Whether it’s a protruding lower jaw or protrusion, the idea is basically to advance + rotate first and make a baby-like face… So the effect looks dramatic and the midface volume becomes very full It might be good for someone this plan suits well?? But if it’s not really a two-jaw surgery case, the director didn’t seem to particularly recommend it… The nuance was a bit like he was trying to dissuade me He said to just do paranasal augmentation and the nose and live with that… I liked that he was honest
