I’m male.. I had T-osteotomy + facial contouring + lower jaw surgery. My chin tip became too narrow and turned into a dog-like jaw, so I’m thinking about reconstruction.. My cheeks have sagged a lot too.. and my jawline has that shape where anyone can tell it’s been surgically altered, so the stress is no joke I’m thinking about reconstruction with bone cement..
