I went for a consultation about removal. They explained things in detail based on the CT, and said that if it’s not causing major discomfort, I could also consider not having surgery at all. They explained the shape-related changes that would happen after surgery in as much detail as possible, so I got somewhat of a sense of it. As the director and consultant said, I think I still need to think more about whether to do it or not before deciding.
