Before <pre-surgery nose> <Day 1> I had surgery at 10 today and came back!!!!!!!!!!!! ㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ It’s still hard First of all, I went without a guardian, so I was nervous and anxious.. I took a taxi to arrive by 10, but the driver got lost on the way, so I almost ended up lateㅠ.ㅠ hing When I arrived at the hospital, something felt off . ...ing It wasn’t even like I was lateㅠㅜ so I felt upset They said they’d call me the day before, but they didn’t contact me at all, so I’d been feeling uneasy, and anyway it felt kind of like that. Honestly, I even thought maybe I’d checked the surgery date wrong ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I changed into surgical clothes, consulted with the director, signed the consent form, came out, paid, and I think I went to the operating room ㅜㅜ They said they would remove the columella? tie the nasal cartilage? place a septal support, use ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and put in 4-5 mm silicone. Is that right? Honestly I still don’t really know because I wasn’t in my right mind during the consultationㅠㅠ They said they’d check while inserting it and make it a height that suits me well, so I said okay. I’m going to ask how much went in when I see them next time ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I had always thought my nasal bridge was pretty and was satisfied with it, but after going around for consultations, everyone said I had a low nose...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅎㅎㅎㅎ I was always stressed because my front view looked too blunt, but well... they’ll do a good job, right.... I want it natural but also glamorous, and yet not obviousㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ... Honestly, I debated a lot with B.L.woon Plastic Surgery, but there I felt too much resistance about using donated rib cartilageㅠㅠ This place seemed to pursue a natural look, so I thought if I emphasized wanting it a bit more glamorous, maybe they’d make it glamorous yet natural. Also, when I came for a consultation, there was a client who had come for a follow-up, and that nose line was so pretty... So I thought, ah, this is the place ..!! Someone I know actually had surgery here together with rhinitis surgery too After going around to consultations, I later added rhinitis treatment over the phone with the consultant, so I thought they’d take a CT today too, but they didn’tㅜㅜㅜㅜ I’m not sure whether rhinitis treatment was included. I’m planning to ask when I go to the hospital on Monday I meant to ask before surgery but forgot because I wasn’t in my right mindㅠㅠㅜ ㅠㅠㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠ They also said they’d prepare the rhinitis reimbursement documents on Monday! My actual-cost insurance doesn’t reimburse 100%ㅜㅜ I went into the operating room, and they laid me down like a machine, attached something to my toenail, and arranged my clothes zzzzzz They said, “Don’t move your right hand, the needle is going in, the medicine is going in~~~~” and I think I fell asleepㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was seriously so scared, and I think I fell asleep going “Ahhh what do I do, I’m so scared” When they woke me up and I got up, it was over ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I went to the recovery room and checked the time, and it was around 3 ㅠㅠ I was lying with my head elevated, but I was so sleepy. They told me not to sleep, but I just slept deeply. After about an hour, once I fully woke up, I was hungry again; I got annoyed; I missed the timing for dinner yesterday, so all I’d eaten was kimbap around 5; I wanted to hurry home and eat, so when I said I was fully alert, two nurses rushed overㅠㅠ But when they supported me and I tried to get up, I almost collapsed. Suddenly I was dizzy and nauseous, and my world was not my world. It felt like seasickness plus drinking alcohol? When I was lying down, I really wasn’t dizzy at allㅠㅠ I wanted to go home quickly, so I said I’d go home, but they wouldn’t let me They said it was too hot right now, I could fall while going out, and if I was dizzy I wouldn’t be able to moveㅠㅠㅠㅠ Thinking about it, they were right. They were angels and I was just hungryㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ In the end, I left the hospital around 6 The nearby pharmacy was closed, so it was a bit inconvenient taking a taxi to a pharmacy. I thought if it had been a Saturday afternoon surgery, it would have been a big problem Just in case I couldn’t get to a pharmacy, the nurse packed me a ton of Tylenol, but will it hurt later enough to need this muchㅠㅠㅠㅠ Thankfully, I went to the pharmacy, took a taxi, and got home, but changing clothes was annoying and I got dizzy when I stood up, so I asked my older sister for understanding and came home still wearing the surgical clothesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I’ll wash them clean tomorrowㅠ Today is too hardㅜㅜㅜ The taxi driver was surprised, the pharmacy lady was surprised, and only I was calm.. heh.... If someone around me gets surgery, don’t do it on a Saturdayㅠㅠ It’s scary that the hospital is closed the next dayㅜㅜ If something happens, you have to contact them right awayㅠㅠㅜㅜㅜ And definitely bring a guardian When you pick up your medicine at the pharmacy, buy skin-colored tape too! You end up using more than expected when changing the gauze
Since coming home, I’ve been repeating eating porridge and sleeping, eating porridge and sleeping ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ While writing this, I felt nauseous and was zoning out, then I threw up pumpkin porridgeㅋㅋㅋ It came out in one gulp, and the bed became a total disaster.... sigh....ㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠ
ㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I wish Monday would come quickly. I want to go to the hospital soon. They say the splint is removed on day 5, and I’m just so excited
