I had upper, back, and lower canthoplasty in mid-April, but I’m planning to get the lower canthoplasty reversed next month I ended up with triangular whites showing under the iris, and when I smile, the area under my eyes looks wavy I wanted to look softer, but I ended up looking more severe, and the back canthoplasty doesn’t even seem like it was done. The only thing I’m happiest about is that after the upper canthoplasty, my double-eyelid line became a bit higher..
