I clearly booked for two people on the website, and just in case I asked again through KakaoTalk, and they told me to confirm the reservation by phone as well, so I called and made a reservation for two. But when we visited on the day, they said only one person had actually been booked, and that Shrink was hard to reserve for the same day. I had asked about the reservation three times in total, so hearing that it hadn’t been booked when I arrived was ridiculous. To make it worse, while I was waiting for the procedure, another patient said their reservation had been entered wrong too and just left. In the end, only one person got Shrink. The doctor was meticulous and did a good job with the Shrink, and I liked that they even put on a tightening mask at the end. The procedure itself worked fairly well, but the reservation problem really ruined my impression of the clinic. Please check reservations as carefully as you do the Shrink.
