I went for a consultation, and both the manager and the doctor explained everything very slowly and well. It felt like they immediately understood what in the area I wanted was causing my stress? However, the surgery waitlist was too long, so I couldn’t get it on the date I wanted, and that’s why I had the surgery done somewhere else.
