The waiting time was the longest and the consultation time was the shortest. But I’m not trying to say anything bad. It was just a place with a huge number of people getting consultations, so it was busy, and that was understandable. The manager and the director only said exactly what needed to be said. I had already been to several clinics before, and I already knew the part I wanted to consult about and how things would proceed, and the director pointed out exactly that part.
