It's been about 5 years since I had it, so I don't remember very well, but I was very satisfied with the result of the surgery. They recommended fat grafting as well, saying that if you only do lower eyelid fat repositioning, the area where the fat was moved from might look a bit sunken, but I just had the repositioning alone and I was very happy with it. That sunken feeling actually made the aegyo-sal stand out more, so I liked it a lot. But maybe because I used my face too roughly, I don't have that feeling anymore these days It seems like the firm, lifted look gradually came down again over time...
