I looked into it because I heard DA had started male plastic surgery, and back then Dr. Lee Kyung-mok was famous at DA, so I ended up coming in for a consultation. They explained the principles and methods of plastic surgery in detail, and also explained in detail why some things could not be done. They were clear about what could be done and what could not, and tried to match the patient's needs as much as possible. However, if it was a somewhat unreasonable request, they explained why it could not be done. I was recommended incision-based ptosis correction, and because I was greedy, I talked about canthoplasty. They explained that if I had front canthoplasty, I would look a bit fiercer, and if I had lower canthoplasty, it would create triangular white exposed on all sides of the iris. They also said outer canthoplasty was impossible because of the bony structure, and that surgery should be judged conservatively, so rather than opening it high from the start, it should be kept short and lifted a little. If it starts too high from the beginning, it cannot be recovered, so they advised me to do incision-based ptosis correction first, and if I still wanted more later, then decide at that point. I was very satisfied to the point that this was one of three clinics I was considering, and if you are a man, I strongly recommend getting a consultation there.
