It's been 5 years since the surgery. At the time of the surgery, I was very satisfied. I had very little facial fat at the time, so the under-eye hollowing and the unevenness of the under-eye fat were severe. It's not as bad as before the surgery, but starting from the 4th year, the tear trough gradually became more noticeable, especially when I smile. The left side was worse, and now when I open my eyes slightly or smile, a little uneven lump of flesh is showing, which looks like the old signs from before the surgery.
