First, I booked a rhinoplasty and decided to do a functional nose surgery at the same time. However, the manager in charge was very rude and seemed completely uninterested. I think after the payment is made, they probably become even less interested. For the functional nose surgery, they told me to go to an ENT clinic and get a medical certificate, but these days ENT clinics absolutely won't issue one. When I told the manager, they just said I should try going to other hospitals and that they would look into it, but then there was no word after that. Anyway, aside from the manager, it was okay.
