I had under-eye fat repositioning two years ago, but in the end there wasn't much change. I'm glad I didn't have any side effects, but it's disappointing that the tear trough removal and dark circle removal I wanted were not achieved. The director seems quite careful and to pursue safe surgery. However, if you want dramatic changes, in my case I couldn't confirm any noticeable result.
