I went in for a consultation this morning! First of all, there were so many reservations that it was hard to get one Director Lee Kyung-muk seems to be well known for noses, so I chose a consultation with him specifically. The event is over now, but I was quoted 3.30 million for the basic nose, and under the review-event condition, 2.86 million + 550,000 for bulbous nose + 1.3 million for donor rib cartilage (my septum is too small, so there's a high chance donor rib cartilage will be needed). The consultation was good because he explained things clearly and straightforwardly, but the wait was too long..
