I thought dark under-eye circles could be fixed with lifting, but that wasn't the case. After the consultation, I was told they happen because of fat protruding, and that lifting only works for a very small number of people, so it's difficult. I consulted at two places including here for the under-eye area, and the prices were similar, so I'm torn.
