The waiting time after the appointment time was quite long; I remember it being over 2 hours by the time it ended I don’t know if it’s a characteristic of large hospitals, but the staff were kind, though from a patient’s perspective, the division of roles didn’t feel very smooth The director wasn’t overly friendly, but they clearly explained the surgery and materials just as much as needed They said it’s better not to do unnecessary surgeries and to match the face
