I wasn’t aiming for a Pinocchio nose, and I only wanted to improve my complex naturally and safely, so I had a consultation for surgery without an implant, but I felt like the manager kept recommending silicone and was forcing her own aesthetic preferences on me... I went for a consultation because I heard Director ㅇㄱㅁ was famous, and although they said it was definitely possible without an implant, they said my nose would look slightly wider.. so I ended the consultation feeling uneasy and excluded it from my final list. I think someone like me who wants surgery without an implant would be better off getting consultations at other hospitals.
