I'm in week 3 after getting my fourth revision rhinoplasty from Director Lee Young-taek. My original nose was very low and small, so during my third surgery, I had surgery at a clinic that makes noses really dramatic, with 7 mm silicone and septal mesh inserted. During the consultation I asked for 5 mm, but they put in 7 mm. It was a bit crooked and my nostrils were visible too, but I also thought, when else would I ever live with a nose like this, and it was dramatic and pretty, so I just lived with it. But exactly 2 years later, the silicone on the nasal bridge became really obvious and the nasal tip drooped Since it was my 4th nose surgery, honestly, even if it was expensive, I was going to go to a clinic specializing in noses. There were a few clinics I had been recommended that are good at difficult noses!! But when I looked at the review photos, Director Lee was my top pick, so I booked a consultation. Maybe because he came after finishing, he looked tired and it felt like I shouldn't make the consultation long. It was 1 p.m. on Monday, and with his stamina like that, I even wondered if he could do my nose in the afternoon. But well, his aesthetic sense was so good that this clinic's noses kept floating around in my head, so I booked surgery here. CCTV recording was available, and the consultant was commercial, but I liked that she was proactive in selling. Even after surgery, I contacted them several times, and they kindly contacted me back right away!! Anyway, after the nose surgery, I had no bruising. Even though it was my 4th surgery, there was so little swelling that I was surprised, and the area where the rib was harvested and the area where the ear cartilage was harvested didn't hurt. Ah!! I realized this is what it's like when they put care into the surgery and do it well It's week 3 after surgery, and it feels like it was originally my own nose. The nasal obstruction is gone, there's no swelling, the feeling that my face looked long is gone, and even though I lowered my nose, my face looks smaller and my nostrils don't show.
