Review of Non-Implant Rhinoplasty (1 Month Post-Op)

Before/after/after It’s already been a month since I had non-implant hooked-nose rhinoplasty, so I’m leaving a review! Since it was my first surgery, I was worried and went around to countless clinics... In the end, I was drawn to Dr. Kim Da-alm at a plastic surgery clinic, who was the kindest and most professional person ever, so I booked the surgery date right away. I used to have a severe complex about my side profile because of my prominent hooked noseㅠㅠ.. On the day the splint was removed, I was so happy, touching the smooth line running from between my eyebrows all the way to the nasal tip dozens of times..!

What I’m most satisfied with is that my nasal line was naturally refined and that I had the surgery without an implant. I wanted a natural-looking nose where people around me wouldn’t notice, but would think, “Did you get subtly prettier?” or “You look better?” and I think the doctor reflected my opinion a lot. Also, since I really love exercising, I think choosing non-implant surgery was the best decision. I can feel more reassured about any possible impact, and they said that after a few months, I’ll be able to move it left and right like my nose before surgery!

The doctor is very meticulous, so I had no problems at all during the recovery period, and I still haven’t had any issues. I didn’t have to worry, “Could something be wrong?” so I was able to focus only on recovery. I had been thinking for months with the goal of removing my hooked nose with my first surgery and graduating from plastic surgery! It wrapped up well, so I’m truly living happily day by day. Next time, I’ll come back with my softened nose!
