Kowon is the best hospital in my life.. It was my third nose surgery, and they turned my bulbous nose, which I could never get away from, into a normal nose... It wasn’t just a matter of the tip spreading out or anything like that; the skin of my nose itself was thick, so at other hospitals they all said they had to raise the bridge to create an optical illusion, but Kowon was the only place that said they would directly cut the skin of the alar area to make it thinner! So it felt like they were solving the fundamental problem. Because of that, even though the surgery cost a bit more than at other hospitals, I went with Kowon, and I was extremely satisfied with the result My bridge was already high (that’s why I didn’t like other hospitals putting in silicone), so excluding implants, I had every possible nose surgery done I had the septum set up, osteotomy, tip cartilage tied, and alar incision! I really thought I’d have to give up on my nose, but after doing it here I was so moved that my nose could become this small Bulbous noses are really hard to improve in most cases The tip got thinner, the alar sides got thinner too (the nostril size stayed the same, but the thickness of the alar sides got thinner, which was so fascinating), and the bridge got thinner too..... The first and second surgeries didn’t help at all, but this was the first time I saw results. The director was really kind... And what really moved me was this! Before the surgery had fully healed, the tape placed over the incision came off, and the tape came off together with the scab, leaving a slight scar But that scar was a little noticeable, so it was necessary to reopen the surgical area slightly and suture it again. So I contacted the manager and asked if they could just take care of the scar again, and I don’t know whether the manager personally sent the photo to the director or what, but the director’s text reply was relayed to me directly Even when I visited in person to show the wound, the director apologized while saying it wasn’t their fault and said they would remove the scar on the alar area again There are many clinics that act like they don’t care after surgery, and many that change their attitude, but the fact that they were trying to take responsibility all the way through really moved me... Oh, but personally the surgical scar wasn’t something I was very worried about (it hasn’t faded. It’s still a bit noticeable), so I still haven’t had the scar-removal surgery(?)... I want to go soon, but maybe because I trust that the director will take care of it, I’m not rushing...
