I met the consultant first and then had a consultation with the director. I went with a reservation, but there was a bit of waiting time. They recommended custom silicone rather than doing it without an implant, and I liked that the explanation felt professional. However, since the cost was too high for a first surgery, it felt burdensome, so I decided to do it somewhere else.
