My mom was concerned because the fat around her eyes had sagged and come down, so while looking into it, we received a recommendation, went for an in-person consultation, and she had surgery. She had a lift through a sub-brow incision, with some fat on the upper eyelids removed as well, and after the surgery, she was quite satisfied with the result. She says the staff were generally kind too.
