The building is large, but there are only two elevators, so waiting takes a very long time. You need to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to get there on time. I don’t recommend taking the stairs. Even though I went after booking a consultation, it still took more than 30 minutes until the consultation. I went in the morning and thought there wouldn’t be many people, but there were a lot. Both the consultant and the director were kind during the consultation itself. It didn’t feel like a factory either. It felt like the estimate was mostly decided while consulting with the consultant, and the director just confirmed it. The consultant told me almost everything about the surgeries I could have, and at the end the director said this one is okay to do and roughly how much they would do. The 3rd floor is for consultations and the 4th floor is for surgery, but the 4th-floor staff were a little unfriendly. Their answers were half-hearted and the guidance wasn’t kind. They didn’t even tell me to gargle, then later asked if I had done it, so right before surgery I had to go back and do it again. I went without designating a director, and when I said I wanted a natural result, the consultant said they would assign a director for me, so I went with that. In reality, the surgery was done very naturally!! It may just be my constitution, but after surgery I had no inflammation, swelling, blood, or pus at all, and it didn’t hurt either. Director Kwon Chan did the surgery very delicately and well. Conclusion: the wait is long, the 4th-floor staff are unfriendly, but the surgery is done well.
