An acquaintance had good results and told me to at least go for a consultation, so I went. In the end, it only left question marks in my head. It was the only hospital that said they would not do ptosis correction. Even to me, about 1/3 of my pupil is covered, and people around me say I look sleepy + I have sausage-like eyes and no extra skin, so at another clinic I had also received an estimate for double incision and ptosis correction. I was being persuaded by the other clinic director’s comment that doing ptosis correction could make the double eyelid look a bit thinner, but Director Choi Min-seok didn’t mention it at all, so I asked first whether I didn’t need ptosis correction. He said I didn’t need it, but when I asked again, he said the left side did look a bit weak. He said he probably would not do it during surgery, but would proceed if needed. I know the side effects of ptosis correction too, but I waited two months just for the consultation, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won, yet I felt the consultation content was lacking compared with other places.
