I came up from another region to have a consultation with the chief director. When consulting on the estimate with the consultation manager, one of the procedures I had discussed with the director was omitted, and I paid the deposit in that state. When I asked because that procedure was not included in the KakaoTalk 안내 message, “It wasn’t very important, so I left it out. Even if you do it, I don’t think it’ll have any effect anyway.” ??? And then they said, “Maybe it’s because you don’t know much, but that’s just how our hospital’s system works.” (So the system here is that the manager arbitrarily removes things they think aren’t important?) The consultation with the chief director was very professional, so I really wanted to do it here, but I canceled because of the consultation manager. I also waited nearly 2 hours, but the consultation manager did not say even one word of apology. I paid 20,000 won for the consultation and had a great experience.
