During the consultation, they were wearing a mask, so I couldn’t hear well and said, “Sorry?” Then they stared at my eyes for a long time and asked if I didn’t understand, so I said I couldn’t hear. They were very unfriendly, it made me feel bad, and it felt like they were cursing at me with their eyes. And while holding the eye shape, they told me to stop blinking. Even the same words were said in such an unpleasant way. So no matter how good the hospital is, I don’t want to go there. Some people say, “Why does personality matter? As long as they’re good,” but I think they should have at least some degree of character. If they don’t respect people, I wonder what they think of a patient who just passes through, and even if side effects appear, the patient already becomes the weaker party, so I wonder how much more powerless the patient would become. They seem authoritarian. I even paid a consultation fee, and I wondered if it was okay to come out feeling this bad. Other places don’t even charge a consultation fee, but they’re kind.. I also asked the consultant to show me some photos of reviews similar to mine, and although she did show them, she didn’t really seem to want to, showed that it was a hassle, and everyone looked exhausted and tired. The line they held for me was okay~
