I had square jaw surgery in Busan 5 years ago, and at the time, they didn't do it with the long-curve method and only cut the square part, so I ended up with a slight secondary angle. That bothered me so much that around 2 years ago I had revision surgery for the secondary angle, and while I was at it, I also reduced the protrusion/thickness of my chin. I went around Seoul for consultations and had it done. The surgery turned out really well, but the problem is I was fine after the first surgery, but after the second one, my cheeks started sagging. A collaboration of age + having surgery twice (I'm currently thirty). Because of deep cheek sagging, I had liposuction and a thread lift, and I'm planning to keep getting them about once a year. My complex was so severe that I'm satisfied after surgery, but if you're sensitive about money or sagging, please think carefully about facial contouring
