The clinic definitely seems to prefer a natural, subtle style that looks like you had something done but also like you didn't. Maybe because it has been over 1 year and almost 2 years now, even though I had the surgery with an incision, it doesn't look obviously operated on and my eyes naturally became bigger. I'm also satisfied because they seem to provide fairly thorough aftercare.
