I’ve had incisional double eyelid surgery twice and a history of lateral canthoplasty / waited about 15 minutes. There are so many people! I don’t think they were all there for consultations, and it did include people waiting for follow-up consultations and stitch removal, but since there is only one director, I wondered whether they were taking in too many people. And the consultation with the manager was quite long. This depends on the person, but it went on so long that I thought, hmm, why is this person examining me? Of course I did see the director too, but maybe because there were so many people, they really seemed overworked and looked very tired. Still, when I asked detailed questions, they explained while drawing pictures, seemed confident, and gave a fairly detailed consultation. But after the consultation ended, I consulted with the consultation manager again, and even though the director hadn’t mentioned ptosis correction, they said I needed ptosis correction. Why does this person keep examining me??? If anything, I think it would have been a better consultation without the manager consultation. Maybe because they were busy, when I asked questions I could feel that they were a bit annoyed, so hmm, it’s a clinic that makes me hesitate. Still, the doctor seemed to have a lot of specialized knowledge.
