I went there because they said they would do it naturally, but they recommended an osteotomy that another hospital hadn't specifically recommended. At the other hospital, they said they didn't particularly recommend it because putting in silicone would make it rise anyway, but here they recommended an osteotomy and alar reduction. I visited several places, and this was the place that recommended the most things; it was okay, but it wasn't the one that drew me in the most.
