The doctor has a slightly blunt personality, but unlike another hospital where I consulted, they did not recommend the unnecessary things I had been told about elsewhere and only recommended the parts that were truly needed. They also answered my questions honestly, so I felt I could trust them. Blunt, but not in a way that felt careless?? The consultation manager was also really kind. They spoke with a smile and answered my various anxious questions calmly and well. I’m not sure whether they were especially expert, though.. Overall, I was satisfied!
