From the phone reservation stage, the staff member was so rude that it felt a bit off, but the director was really calm and good. They explained things in detail and even edited a photo on the spot to show what kind of result to expect. I thought they would do it as naturally and well as possible. Other than the staff being a bit rude, the director was good.
