The director consultation was good. They were kind and not exaggerated, and lowering my expectations that much was actually fine with me. But the manager was so rude and grumpy. She was a bit overweight and seemed to have had nose surgery, too. (Didn’t really seem like the kind of person who had been treated at that hospital, and for a hospital that pursues natural results, she would be quite a minus.) On top of that, it felt like they hadn’t properly input even the basic information about the surgical method, process, and aftercare. She even said things that were completely different from what I heard directly from the doctor during the consultation. Also, when the director showed the surgical photos after the consultation, it seemed like the manager’s role was just to show the photos and answer questions. But she unnecessarily explained things in a condescending way, without even asking, and added explanations that I couldn’t trust, which only made it worse. They really need to replace the manager here.
When Director Sehyun was there, the manager was really good, but because of the manager I felt awkward calling the hospital, so I decided to go somewhere else. Cases like this are very rare, so it’s disappointing.
