Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Thinking about a third revision rhinoplasty (removal)

I had rhinoplasty at a clinic in the Apgujeong area about 5 years ago

My nose was originally high, and I had a hump and a drooping nasal tip. I had surgery hoping my nose would just become a little smaller, but it ended up looking too high, pointed, and excessively artificial ㅜㅜ I heard they shaved down the hump and did osteotomy + silicone + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + ear cartilage. It was like they made my already-high nose even higher, so I was really upset. For about a month, I went through such a hard time that I really, really do not even want to think about it again..

I just lived with it, but when the weather got cold in the winter of 2016, the overly raised nasal tip started turning red, and my skin seemed to be thinning to the point that it might protrude I was scared of the redness, so at the clinic where I had the previous surgery, I had a revision 2 and a half years ago: replacing the silicone with a thinner one + removing the ear cartilage that had been placed on top + fat grafting to the nasal tip. At that time, I was told the nasal tip might drop and become slightly humped, but that was not very important to me then ㅜㅜ Because even if it became a little like that, I preferred it to look natural

But these days, the hump they said might happen slightly is getting worse and worse. Compared with the silicone-augmented nasal bridge, the nasal tip has dropped a lot.. so it has become a severe hump in a form different from my original nose.. It also feels like the silicone may be gradually moving downward because of gravity. Because of that, I started thinking that I want to remove the silicone, and with my anxiety about the silicone and the hardness + immobility of the nasal tip overlapping, I just want to remove everything and live with peace of mind.. I did not want to have any more nose surgery, but as long as there is an implant.. I feel like I will have to have surgery again someday This time, I want to remove everything and just go back to my original nose.. I do not know if that will happen, but I am planning to start visiting clinics now ㅜㅜ If anyone has a similar experience or concern, please give me some advice!! Rhinoplasty.. really, do not do it.. It is so exhausting, and I really do not think it is a surgery that ever ends with just one time
