I only had a consultation and ended up having it done somewhere else, but my friend with a bulbous nose had the surgery here. It seems like a very safety-first hospital that doesn't take on too much. At every hospital my friend consulted, they said the desired effect would only be possible with rib cartilage (for a severe bulbous nose), but this place was the only one that said ear cartilage would be enough. Still, even though the surgery was better, it wasn't dramatic.. just that the nose lifted a bit. The doctor is kind.
